We were excited to see a lot of new faces at the show this week - from new KU students, to coworkers, to seasoned veteran teams that are too big for just one answer packet.
Your ever-thoughtful Quiz Administrator had two fantastic ideas this week.
The first, a music round ripped straight from the playlist of a 2000s-era Hot Topic. Consider yourselves fortunate that Hot Topic hasn’t made it to Europe, because literally no one needs a full Pickle Rick-inspired outfit or whatever this is. That said, you all seemed to know quite a bit about literal pop punk anthems.
The second good idea? Honorable mentions for teams that do fantastically well on rounds! Doomsday Raccoons turned in the best final round of the show, while Queers of Our Lives had the encyclopedic knowledge of bad tattoos needed for a top Visual Round score.

We did a lot together this week, no?
We learned where you can and can’t marry your cousin, mourned a walrus warrior fighting reckless naval capitalism, and all collectively forgot about the parasaurolophus, coincidentally the first result on Google when you search ‘head thing dinosaur’.
Separately we’re glad that our dear and beloved Søhesten is the only bar in Copenhagen with air conditioning or at least with the hardest-working oscillating fan in the bar business, because we had 22 teams this week.
Of those 22, The ViQueens returned to the first place spot, but the real drama was in second place where the tied Østerbros Again and Bed, Bath, and Beyond engaged in a sudden death duel over the question: The first Victoria Cross was made from Russian guns captured during what war - find out here.

Week 32 Winners
We managed to go to the United States for two weeks and not get killed, so we were excited to be back in Copenhagen for this week’s pub quiz at Søhesten.
It is no surprise to us that many of you knew the name of the #1 most-searched Lebanese-American porn star in 2021 according to Pornhub, but we were very impressed by your knowledge of the worst teams in the Danish Superliga!
Separately, our life goal is to be featured as the one and only quiz show to appear as a missed connection on Copenhagen Craigslist’s ‘tabte forbindelser’, so go get ‘em you lonely hearts, you.
Double separately, we have to own up to when we mess up - one intrepid quizzer reminded us that Judd Apatow was only a producer of Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy and Forgetting Sarah Marshall starring quiz answer Paul Rudd - and this quizzer is absolutely right!
